1. About Hands of Gold by Zenology

Hands of Gold by Zenology is a massage, beauty and wellness business based in Sint Maarten, operated by Tessa Tamika Lambert. Services are provided at the Philipsburg spa location (147 Front St, Sea Palace Hotel) and via private mobile spa appointments across St. Maarten / Saint Martin.

Hands of Gold by Zenology provides wellness, relaxation and beauty services. We are not a medical provider and do not offer medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or therapeutic services for clinical conditions.

2. Booking and appointments

How booking works

All appointments are requests. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment until Tessa has personally confirmed your date, time, and service via WhatsApp, phone, or email.

• Requests are sent via WhatsApp, phone, email, or Calendly
• Tessa will confirm availability and details directly
• Your appointment is confirmed only upon Tessa's personal reply

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, location information (for mobile appointments), and relevant health notes. Inaccurate information may affect your appointment.

3. Cancellations and changes

We understand that plans change. To respect Tessa's schedule and allow other clients to book, we ask that you:

• Give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a spa visit
• Give at least 48 hours' notice for mobile spa, yacht, villa, or group appointments, as these require additional preparation and travel

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, which will be communicated directly during your booking conversation. Final cancellation terms are agreed personally for each appointment.

4. Arrival and punctuality

• Spa visits: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment so that the next client is not affected.
• Mobile appointments: Ensure the location is accessible and ready at the confirmed time. Tessa will coordinate access details with you beforehand.

5. Payment

Payment methods and final pricing are confirmed directly during your booking conversation with Tessa. No payment is required to submit a booking request through this website.

• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed personally
• Prices shown on this website are indicative and subject to change
• Mobile spa, group, yacht, villa, and beach appointment pricing is quoted individually based on location, timing, and number of guests
• A deposit may be requested for group, yacht, or special occasion bookings — this will be confirmed in advance

6. Health, safety and contraindications

Your wellbeing and safety are our priority. Please inform Tessa of any of the following before your appointment:

• Recent surgery or medical procedures
• Pregnancy
• Skin conditions, open wounds, or infections
• Allergies to oils, products, or heat
• Any medical condition that may be affected by massage or spa treatments
• Blood clotting disorders, DVT, or cardiovascular conditions

Hands of Gold by Zenology reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment if, in Tessa's professional judgment, it would not be safe or appropriate for the client.

7. Mobile spa terms

Mobile spa appointments are subject to the following additional conditions:

• The client is responsible for providing a suitable, private, and accessible space for the treatment
• Adequate lighting, a flat surface, and a minimum clear area are required — Tessa will advise on specifics during confirmation
• Mobile appointments may include a travel supplement depending on location — this is confirmed during booking
• Access to the venue (hotel, villa, yacht, private residence) must be arranged and confirmed by the client in advance
• Mobile appointments to the French side of Saint Martin are subject to availability and may require additional notice

8. Code of conduct

Hands of Gold by Zenology provides professional wellness services in a safe, respectful environment. We reserve the right to end any session immediately and without refund if a client behaves in a disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe manner toward Tessa or any staff member.

Any form of sexual harassment or misconduct is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, logo, and branding — is the property of Hands of Gold by Zenology and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Hands of Gold by Zenology takes every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe and positive experience. However, we are not liable for:

• Any pre-existing medical conditions that are aggravated by treatment, where the client failed to disclose them in advance
• Loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the spa or mobile appointment location
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services

Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided.

11. Governing law

These Terms and Policies are governed by the laws of Sint Maarten, Kingdom of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from a booking or service provided by Hands of Gold by Zenology shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance of Sint Maarten, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Policies from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
